Tucson does not get enough credit for its hiking trails. The city is sandwiched between two sections of Saguaro National Park (West and East), both of which are spectacular.

It is also surrounded by five mountain ranges, with peaks high enough to get snowstorms throughout the winter.

The Old Pueblo is a sizable metropolis with a rich culture that is heavily influenced by its Latino roots. There are great restaurants, events, and lots to do, but you are never far from a trail either.
